You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. Pantryguard is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services. The provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
